Trent Gilley
Trent Gilley is a Broker Associate for Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services in our Fort Worth office. Trent specializes in land development, investment, industrial, and office in both leasing and sales. Trent has acted as the lead broker in the acquisition and disposition of over 1,400 acres of land and multiple lease transactions. With a client portfolio ranging local developers to Fortune 100 he has the experience to complete complicated transactions.
With a background in the family land surveying and real estate business Trent has an intricate knowledge and understanding of the urban development and zoning process. Chosen as the lead broker for the Race Street urban infill redevelopment he has increased property values fourfold through rezoning and municipal designation. As a fourth generation Fort Worth Resident with extensive ties to the public and private sectors he has the ability and knowledge to navigate through the bureaucratic process.
Mr. Gilley attended Texas Christian University with an emphasis on real estate finance. He is an active member of Texas Association of Realtors, Greater Fort Worth Real Estate Council, Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce Area Council, Young Leaders Council and numerous other charitable boards and councils. As the appointee of Councilman Sal Espino Trent serves the City of Fort Worth as a Commissioner on the Urban Design Board

I Lived in Flower Mound for over 10 years.....we have a Texas Society here with our annual Chili Cook off each August - we're GOOD!
