Maintenance position available on St. Croix. Plumbing, electric, light concrete, light carpentry, etc. Basically a jack of all trades. No yard work. Part-time, maybe traded for apartment. No drunks, druggies or fly-by nights. Must be bondable and reliable. Email me at [email protected].
