Located with-in a private gated residence complex, north east of Frederiksted town area, high up in the hills of Estate Little LaGrange.
Quiet, safe and secure, no traffic, at the end of a poorly paved government road!
Only minutes to town or to the beach, much-much longer if you walk, but it has been done!
We are pet friendly...especially to smaller animals.
Wonderful sunsets and fabulous views of the Caribbean Sea and the western end of the "Rain Forest"
Surrounded with tropical fruit trees; coconuts, oranges, mango, banana....flowering trees, plus a few deer and iguana!
Private entrance with electronic "key less" door.
Fully furnished: brand new king size bed with matching dresser and nite stands, large living area with convert able full size futon sofa, leather recliner chair, tropical glass dining set with 4 padded chairs, sliding glass door-wall onto the outside deck.
Cruzan style apartment style kitchen, gas 4 burner range and oven, wine/beer refrigerator, full size refrigerator with ice maker, plenty of storage area, and access to a washer and gas dryer,
There is a private roof top gazebo with more fantastic sea and forest view of the western end of the island.,
DSL Internet (wired connection) provided along with extended service cable TV with remote control color television..
All bed linens, towels, kitchen utensils, dishware, glassware, pots and pans are included for short to extended term visits.
Maid service can be provided at additional cost.
Rates as low as $40.00 per day for two people.

This unit can also be rented or leased for longer term periods. Long term rates starting at $25.00 per day for two people.

this unit will be available again on September 1, 2011...thanks for all the interest.
It can also be term leased by the month, or 6 months....also by the year if necessary.
