Just finished painting the interior...all set to go.
Added some new furniture...

Still available...our thanks to those who came up thinking this was larger or had more bedroom...this is only a 1 bedroom and 1 bath!
The rent includes: extended cable TV, high speed DSL internet, propane gas and also a $100 credit toward the monthly WAPA bill.
If you don't want the power credit, it can be dropped...the rent would be $950.00/month.

This unit also makes a great PMV or vacation place to stay...rates start @ $40/nite.
Beats the hotels and guest houses daily rates!
