My friend moved here with his 3 year old beautiful bird dog and has to keep it on the balcony of his house because they do not have a yard. This dog needs a place to run and play and the owner wants to find a better home for it. The dog is black and white and very playful. His name is Chance and he has been stuck on the small balcony for a LONG time. If you know anyone that is looking for a good dog or want one yourself, please take him. There is no fee and I believe the owner has a large kennel too.
