Hi Everyone,
I currently live on St. Thomas and rent month to month. I would like to move into a bigger place and, because I am month to month, I have the luxury of taking my time to look around.
I figured it would be worth it to throw this out there: If you, or someone you know, would like to get a head start on renting your/their studio/cottage/1-2 bedroom apt, please let me know. I am looking to move within the next few months. I would even appreciate it if you yourself are renting an apt that you would recommend and are moving out in the next few months.
I am looking for something with a fully functional kitchen. I would like something modern, clean, private, well taken care of. I would like a deck with a view. I current live on the South side of Skyline and love it, but would be interested in hearing about apts in any location. I would like rent to be $1200 or below.
I am a young, professional, non-smoker.

I have a two bedroom duplex on the South East Side for rent beginning July 1st. Rent is 1200.00 per month plus utilities. Everything is electric except the stove which is propane. Stove and Fridge are one year old. Whole place was redone a year ago. All ceramic floors. Great yard with a great view of the ocean, mangroves, and St John.
