Hello there folks! I apologize if this is a repeat. I just wrote a posting that seems to have vanished from my screen. In any event:

Available in October (1st-25th) is a one bedroom apartment that is perhaps one mile or less from the boardwalk in Christiansted. Safe, nice neighborhood. Completely private in terms of the rest of the house. It consists of one large bedroom, LR/Kitchenette, bathroom and a huge patio surrounded by gardens. It includes (of course) all utilities, TV/basic cable, WiFi, CD player, DVD player, etc. Linen service every third day. Cleaning by arrangement with owner.

The rate is $60- per night (off season rate) payable 50% upon agreement to use the apartment. We're sorry, but no pets are allowed. There are few other restrictions, however we do ask people to observe that this is a quiet family oriented neighborhood, so loud noise at night or other disruptive behavior is not acceptable.

To request the space and secure time, please contact Dan either through a private message on this board, or at [email protected], RE: Apartment, 1 BDRM

Thank you so much for your support, and we do hope that this may help someone as we have so generously been supported through these first few years,

-Dan aka Danieljude

hello there again. I meant to mention that in the late fall and winter, either a furnished efficiency and/or a one bedroom apartment may also be available. They are in the same location, each with the same amenities as described above.

As the islands hit capacity early last year, I would suggest making contact early should you be interested in discussing these options and/or booking space. The rates after October are $75 per night for the 1 bedroom and $60- per night for the efficiency. Again, a 50% deposit is required and the balance is due upon arrival.

Thanks again, and as I often leave out information, please feel free to drop me a note to ask any questions you might have.

Best regards again,

Dan
