PMV, weekly vacation rentals and longer term available, especially off season

Very reasonable rates for weekly and monthly rentals.
This is a fully furnished 1/1 apt. with its own driveway, off road parking and decks with ocean views in a quiet, private, lush location.
There are no other rentals on the property.
Hull bay Beach is less than 5 min. away and we overlook Dorothea Beach, Inner and Outer Brass Islands.
Easy commute to town or UVI.
4 Restaurants within 5 min. of this location
Summer rates are only $100 total (no additional fees or charges) per night for 2 persons/$700 weekly and monthly rental includes weekly maid service at monthly rate.
Has Dish TV Service and high speed broadband Internet.
Just bring your suitcase.

Might be helpfull to put what island. I am looking for a PMV stay but on STX and I don't recognize the names of these beaches.

I did post the entire link in the ad I wrote but it did not convey to the classified when published, tho when I tried the link it went to the rental.
