Gallows Bay Hardware is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of

Floor Manager or Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for merchandising resets throughout the store.

Responsible for maintaining appropriate inventory levels to ensure product availability and store profitability.

Ensure accurate receiving, and timely stocking of merchandise.

Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and know store layout and location of products.

Supervising of the team in the absence of the Manager.

Requirements:

Education/ Training: High school or GED equivalent. College preferred.

Experience: Previous retail management experience preferred. Hardware experience
preferred.

This salaried position requires previous supervisory experience and the ability to work some evenings and weekends.
