I'm a Physical Therapist relocating to STT in April. I'm looking for someone that needs a roommate, a furnished studio or 1BR rental approx $800.

Have you spoken to whoever recruited you? Would highly recommend finding a short term place until you can arrange for yourself. It is really important that you see places in person.
