1 bed, 1.5 bath rainforest cottage, historic restoration, for rent from mid August. Furnished, hardwood floors. Hot shower, ample parking, partly fenced, well water, shady with many mature fruit trees. Property has communal washing machine, vegetable garden, workshop, guard dog, cat. 1.5 miles to beach and town, mainly flat land. $900 /month + utilities, 6 month lease, renewable to end 2012. Suit single or couple, some gardening.
