We have a fully furnished, very spacious one bedroom apartment coming open in late July/Aug. 1. The location of this unit is the most desireable in our complex. The available unit is the same floorplan.

We are approx. 3 miles west of Christiansted, on a small, private, dead-end road. Outstanding location and central to most of the island.

The rent varies from $1100-$1250, depending on length of stay. That includes Dish TV, wireless Internet, pest control and garbage removal on site. Electric and water are additional, but already on. Nothing for you to do.

Coin laundry in building, plenty of convenient parking, lots of windows, sliding doors, large covered gallery (balcony), ceiling fans and A/C in bedroom.
