Hi Everyone,

I have availability in Red Hook, St. Thomas.

Available now: Studio $1200
Nov. 1: Studio $1200
Nov. 1: One Bedroom $1500 - (lots of extras, including washer/dryer, gas grill, ice maker, DSL)

Utilities are additional.

Can be flexible on lease, but rent may go up for short-term, high season rental.

Fabulous location on Red Hook Mountain, with great view, walking distance to all of Red Hook, including public transportation.
Studios fully furnished and A/C, one bedroom, mostly furnished and A/C in bedroom. Small pets considered, one per unit, under 30 lbs.

Also, I get asked this a lot. This is not Red Hook Villas, that shares a driveway with Marina Market. We are up the hill on the road that runs up behind Red Hook Plaza (Ace Hardware, Mail Svc. Duffy's, etc.). Close enough to walk, high enough to have a great view. Very nice neighborhood. No through traffic.

Pictures on my website: http://www.virginislandsrentals.com

Thanks,
Juanita

Studio still available now. Can be flexible on rent for a few months, before high season!

Studio available Nov. 1- No longer available

One Bedroom available Nov. 1 (approx.) I lived in this unit for several years. If I ever went back to St. Thomas, THIS is where I would want to live! In the heart of Red Hook, looking down on the marina, ferry, shops, etc. Walk to everything. One of the few places on STT where you don't need a car.

Good afternoon. What kind of money is needed up front for this unit? I am interested in this and will be on island Oct 6th and have a short term rental until Nov 7th.

Thanks
