I have a unit available as soon as I get it cleaned and painted. It can be furnished or unfurnished, your choice. I had it advertised a couple of months ago, and the young man who rented it met a girl, with an apartment!!!! What can you say? He just got his stuff out today, so I have not updated my website, but you can check it out at : virginislandsrentals.com .It is unit 3A.
The rents varies depending on how long ,and if you want furniture and / or a turnkey setup. Basic rule of thumb....$1200 per month, for a year's lease, furnished, not equipped, and PLUS utilities. $1000 per month, unfurnished. If you want high season only, turnkey, it is possible, but much higher.
First, last and deposit.

The telephone company called me this morning and told me they changed (past tense) my phone number from 719 to 718, so................If interested in the apt., please call 340-718-6744.

Linda, I noticed from your other post you need a place in June. Please check back when it's closer. My one bedroom would be great for you. The current lease goes through April, and I wouldn't be surprised if the current tenants renew, but you never know. There aren't any pictures of the one bedroom on the website, but there is a good description.

Hi everyone. I got an email this morning from the developer of the new East End Shopping Plaza. It will be open in January. So, if anyone is going to be working at any of the new stores, businesses, etc. located there, my Red Hook Studio apartment is located just above it. Easy walk!
