The economy stinks! This is the first time in six years I have had a vacancy in Red Hook. Of course, I didn't plan well, accepting a lease that ended in the middle of summer....duh! So, I am willing to deal for a couple of months prior to season. Usual rent is $1200 per month, plus utilities. Make me an offer for now through October. Rent goes back up in November.
