If you're not used to driving a scooter or motorcycle, these islands are not the place to learn. We highly encourage buying a car over those means of transportation. There have just recently been 4 fatalities with scooters/motorcycles.
Don't become a statistic.
Our roads are pothole riddled and our drivers leave much to be desired.

Thanks for the warning. I like motorcycles and have driven on many roads. This is really more of a financial thing to tell you the truth. I am not sure I want to buy a car and a rental is 1000$ a month.
