Regatta Point large studio condo available immediately. Fully furnished with frig, stove / oven and microwave. All appliances are less than 3 years old. Queen size bed with new bedding, table and chairs and a big screen TV. Asking $1300.00 a month plus utilities. Renter to pay $1500.00 deposit plus first month's rent. Cable and phone not included. No pets allowed. Regatta Point is a gated community overlooking Bolongo Bay with 3 pools, tennis, close restaurants and a short walk to the beach.
