Relocating in August!

Hey Everybody,

I'm finally taking the plunge and moving down to the USVI from Boston with my boyfriend in August. We visited last December and fell in love with the people and the whole lifestyle. We've been saving up ever since! I have years of waitressing and bartending experience, and my boyfriend has worked both in restaurant mgmt and as a live sound engineer.

We are very confident about moving down, but our biggest challenge will be finding an apartment to rent! Most rental options right now are for July; if anyone has August rentals available, for either short or long-term lease, please contact me! We are open to studios, one bedrooms, or shared living situations. We are very friendly people (even though we are from the North!) and believe in mutual respect.

Specifically, if you have a place to rent on St John or St Thomas, that would be most ideal!

Thx!!

Leeann & Mike

I am a realtor and have a friend who is renting his one bedroom unit at Pavilions and Pools for $1600/month including all utilities. I'm not representing him but could put you in touch with him. He wants a one year lease. Place is nice with a private pool.

Hi Bill,

$1250 a night is a bit pricey- me thinks a typo? Should be $125?
