My wife & I will be relocating to St Thomas in the fall of 2008. We are looking for a place to stay while looking for permanent residence.
We have 2 miniature dachshunds, so it will have to be pet friendly. If anyone knows of such a place, please let us know.

Good Luck finding a place.
I don't know of many owners that will rent their place now and place it on hold for you to arrive. Most rentals are first come with money gets the place. Finding a place that allows pets will be a HUGE obstacle for you; most places do not allow pets.

Welcome to the islands. I have guest rooms with their own bath right above Sapphire Beach. They are designed for the budget minded vacationer or the people who come down and look for a permanent place to stay. We have cable TV, internet, frig, microwave, AC and all have king size beds.
We accept dogs if they are house trained and are sociable.
The rooms rent for 129 for the first three days then 100 a night for the next 4 days, if there is availability.
