On St. Croix, I have a very large two bedroom, two bath apartment and an efficiency apartment that I really want to rent. Discounted rate on the two bedroom is $1320, efficiency is $600. Both are furnished and equipped with basic housewares. DishNetwork Satellite TV is included, plus the first 500 gallons of water in the efficiency and the first 1000 gallons in the two bedroom. First and deposit to move in now. Electric is extra, but it's on, so there's no connect fee or WAPA deposit. Check out pictures at my website: www.virginislandsrentals.com. I've PM'd you before about the apartments and have a few questions.
You do month-to-month rentals at those properties, right? If you do could you please email me pictures of the two bedroom unit and some pictures of the outside.
We have a place for August right now with Dan (danieljude) but there's someone else that's moving down in July and is staying with Dan for July and September - December. I was thinking that if we could find another place for August we could make things easier on Dan and 'tmleeke'

Thanks to all for your inquiries. Our major tenant on St. Croix has taken all of our vacancies for a while. It will probably be mid to late summer before I have anything open up. For all you future residents, please keep checking my website for future vacancies, and as I have openings, I will re-post here.
