SEARCHING for Studio, efficiency, small 1 bdrm., Pool-guest cottage, or private bed room share in home, condo or apartment. Must have a private bath if possible! Furnished if possible but not required. Except kitchen appliances.
Close to the beach and grocery store if possible.
A/C Is not required.
Honest, reliable, considerate respectful to one's property as I treat it as my own with vast knowledge of horticulture , interior/exterior repairs- remodeling and auto repairs.
