I am looking for a "team" to turnover apartments between tenants. I need deep cleaning and repair (ranging from minor repair to actual projects, painting, etc.). Is there anyone out there in business doing this? I don't want someone to do this on their off days, etc. I'm looking for someone who has an actual business, their own tools, cleaning equipment, etc. that will show up and work quickly and smart.
I don't want someone to say "tell me what you want and get me the supplies." I want a team to show up with a truck of basic supplies and equipment and get the job done! Does this exist?
