Do you have any pet friendly apartments? How about laundry and parking?

Hello Don,

My husband and I are moving back to the island in September, been away for about 6 years, what rentals will you have available then? I do have a 6 lb 7 year old dog with me, I am looking for a one bedroom furnished apartment in the beginning (maybe a 6 months lease) then I will need something larger unfurnished as I will be shipping my furnishings down. maybe a 2 bedroom apartment or even cottage/private house? I know there is not so much available on St. John, that's why I would like to rent something smaller in the beginning while I look for the final place. We will both be coming down with jobs, we are mature, non smokers, no children.
