It looks like the Full Moon Bar at Cane Bay will soon be under new ownership/management. The business is currently closed, but is working towards reopening late next week in time for the Friday night Shrimp Feed that is so popular.

The new owner/manager hopes to expand operating hours over the next month and to once again have breakfast served 7 days a week. She will be seeking at least one new cook for the breakfast shift. She will also need one or more additional wait staff.

A "Star-Tender" style bartender with experience in bottle flipping and other fun, behind-the-counter, entertainment hijinks is also sought.

Additional staff will be sought for occasional events when satellite bars will be set up on the beach, etc. High School students wanting part time work for stocking stations or bussing tables at events or Friday nights at the shrimp feed are also encouraged to apply.

Interested persons should contact Alix Myers via email at:
[email protected]
and she'll get back to you to discuss the positions available.

Great to hear the restaurant/bar is reopening. Hope the new owner has a hit with it.

The new website is under construction and will be up soon. Watch for it at:
www.fullmoonbeachbar.com

The new owner expects to have a 1-BDR cottage available for short-term rental. Will be fully furnished to sleep four and equipped for vacationers or PMVers. Located up hill from the beach bar and dive shop. Great location for divers seeking a vacation rental. Might be possible to do an all-inclusive meals/drinks package, too. Updates and availability will be on the new Full Moon website once it is up and running.
