Room @ Anchorage East End for Rent -- Gated, pool, tennis, beach

Hi I have a room for rent (furnished with a comfortable bed) and private bathroom from starting February 21st through May 1st. I am looking for $950 plus utilities. The Anchorage is one of the best places to live on island with a pool, tennis courts, and beach. There is cable TV (all channels) and wireless internet that is included in the $950 price. There is an opportunity to renegotiate the lease in May.

I have pictures available upon request. I also have a 2002 Toyota Echo for sale. If you take both, we can work out a deal.
