Room for Rent - $450/mo

Hi All-

My co-worker, Xylon (rhymes with 'salon') and his wife, Rachel (both in their 30's), have a nice 2 bedroom place in upper Smith Bay with an awesome view of St. John and the BVI. Since it's just them and their 1 1/2 year old dog, Chewy, they really only need one bedroom, so they asked me to post their other bedroom for rent on the board here. It's fully furnished, so all you need is your toothbrush. Your bedroom has the same view as the living room and deck, so, when you wake up and look out your window...aaahhhhhh! The cool tradewind breeze makes A/C not necessary and the location of the house makes for a very safe enviroment. Since Xylon is a supervisor for a painting company, he may even be able to help get someone a job. Full use of the house, including Rachel's home cooking, is included and encouraged!
