Single liberal minded male subletting a bedroom with 1/2 bath and a covered parking space. Shared kitchen, living room and shared full bath for showers. This is a safe, clean and very nice condo with a great view in a small building within walking distance to most needs. Safari out front. You need to be employed, CONSIDERATE of your fellow room mate, and no drugs allowed in the house including 420. Outside cigarette smoking ok. No loud parties period but get togethers- cookouts etc are fine. Shared cleaning duties, I am not the maid and your mother will not be living here. No dragging stangers home in the middle of the night. If you make a mess, you clean it up now not later and no dishes left in the sink. If you don't need a light on, you turn it off. Close the patio screen door behind you--everytime. If you watch TV past midnight you should consider someone else might be trying to sleep. If you come home stumbling drunk at 3 am then you might want to call it a night instead of clanking around the house until dawn and deciding that it's a good idea to bake a whole chicken.. just sayin but if you ask my room mate that is currently moving out, he would tell you I am crazy for asking the above listed things, so just playing it safe this go round. Utilities (water and electric and cable) are split so conservation is the key and of course in your best interest. There is no internet here at this time and I already have an aircard. Pictures available. First and last to move in, so you are looking at $1800 to move in.

PMH--LOVE your post...you forgot to mention something about not eating food you didn't buy...can you tell I've had a similar situation?

LisaB, good one. Always mark the food you bought, so the others won't eat yours 🙂
Not that it always works. Then it's time for a sit-down.
