I am looking for someone to rent out the 2nd bedroom of my apartment beginning of August

details:
2 bedroom, 1 bath, gated/fenced yard, safe neighborhood, free wireless internet., gas & water included, access to small gym downtairs with treadmill and weights, 650.00 rent per person plus security deposit of 650.00.

Located in Barron Spot (middle island), 2 miles west of Sunny Isle, 10 minute drive to Christiansted and 15 minute drive to Fredricksted

WAPA is the only bill you would be responisble for and it runs about 130 a month, which we would split.

Oh and you also "must love dogs" I have a golden retriever.
