I am planning an extended PMV very soon. Will this room be available for 6 months or so? Is this rental pet friendly,what are situations with the other tenants, and how will the utilities be divided.

Yes this is on St Thomas. Utilities usually run around 40-50 $ per person. And internet is 10$ per person. The room is 900 so if 2 people want to share it's OK. Everyone in the house works on boats out east. No pets...sorry.
