Hello again. So I've got my "leaving island sale" post going. Well, I am also leaving out of an 8 month lease of which I've only stayed 6. So, I have a room for rent in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house.
It's located in Tulipan Welcome about 5 min east of Christiansted. Nice neighborhood and nice house. Washer/Dryer, big screen television, new furniture in room including two dressers, bed and Hunter ceiling fan. Also comes with an AWESOME dog, Mojo.
Rent is $550/month plus utilities. Utilities run about $65 per person each month. Just got WAPA bill today actually, and it was 190.25. So that's $63-something between three people.
If anyone is looking for a short term lease of 2 months this woud be a great spot. And I'm sure the owner would be willing to lease longer.
Oh yes, this is on the wonderful, bad-ass island of yours truly... St. Croix.
