My friends have furnished one bedroom available in their 3 bedroom house for rent if anyone is looking.
Available as of November 1st it is in a large private (secluded) home in the desireable Red Hook area overloking beautiful Lindquist & Sapphire Beaches.
2 awesome roommates, fun, rarely home during work week, like having a huge house all to yourself.
Amenities include washer & dryer, internet, a 52" TV with digital cable, a sweet porch w/ a gas grill & an amazing view.
The rent is $685 per month plus 1/3 utilities.

No dogs permitted, must love cats (2).

do your friends own or rent the home and if so how long is their lease, and how long have they been on island?

they rent, and both have been on island for over 2 or 3 years
