Just a follow up to let everyone know that I have rented out the other room...I told several people that I would keep them posted as to the availability, but I don't remember who all I told that to, so I will post this in the hopes that everyone gets to read it...if the new guy doesn't work out, I'll post again....Thanks, everyone!

If no one had taken it soon, I was gonna invite you, Lipstick, to move in! 😉
I think my neighbors get to enjoy it, too! Haha! But that's the beautiful thing about blackmail...as long as I have something to hold over their heads, they aren't gonna complain about my hobbies! Haha! (although, I think some of the guests at Bluebeard's Beach Club are starting to complain....)
