Enjoy paradise comfortably and conveniently in a spacious two bedroom and two bath apartment. The apartment is located within walking distance from several beaches, grocery stores, cleaners, taverns, restaurants, local bus line and Christiansted town. The perfect place for solitude or exploring the beautiful island.
The unit includes a private bedroom and bathroom, the kitchen and living area are shared. The apartment is fully furnished, this includes the private room for rent. The private room has a day bed, a night stand, and a ceiling fan. WiFi is free.
The unit is available starting in August for a month to month lease or a six month lease. Rent is due on the first of each month, this does not include utilities. Utilities will be split evenly down the middle.Rent is $525 per person and the utilities usually run no more than $150 total. So in all each roommate will be paying roughly 600.
