Room mates needed for two bedroom apt ST. Croix ($400 month)

My room mates are moving out of the master bedroom in my apartment at the end of November and I don't want to let the place go. Bedroom is a nicely sized 224 square foot room with a walk in closet and master bathroom. No ocean view to the place, but it is a peaceful and cool house surrounded by bamboo, palm trees, and fruit trees. The place is on Scenic Drive West, just west of the road down to Cane Bay. Rent is $1200 a month so if a couple moves in again the rent is just $400 per person. I am gone a lot for work, so even if you don't like me so much for some reason, I'd be a pretty good room mate.
