Roomate - Best Deal in Town - Cheap incl Utilities

I'm searching for a well adjusted, easy going D&D free roommate M/F without pets. We would get on well if your outgoing, laid back, fun & employed and are not a messy person.

My present situation is as follows -- I just moved (4 days ago) into a nice big, clean 2 bedroom fully furnished, 2 bath company provided housing on the south shore, 10 Min's from downtown Christiansted by car and 5 Min's away from Sunny Isles.

But I will be possibly moving into a 3 bedroom within the next 6 weeks (when my furniture arrives into St. Croix), this will possibly be either in the same location I am now, or at most half a mile from where I am now located). We could also use the the 3rd room as a spare bedroom for overnight guests or setup my multi gym in that space, which you could also use of course. Or setup the gym outside on the wrap around porch if I am offered that option in the 3 bedroom.

Note: One caveat - If i do not like the 3 bedroom that i am offered then we stay here! It all depends on what is available at the time my furniture arrives.

The housing includes furniture (fully stocked kitchen, dishes, glasses, table & chairs, fridge, dishwasher, laundry room has a washer and separate dryer, and lounge has 2 sofas, TV, TV stand and a coffee table. The 2 bedrooms are furnished nicely also and each has it own attached bathroom)

Your room should I take the 3 bedroom will not be furnished, but having said that I might be able to get the company to furnish it also with a bed, chest or draws with mirror and bedding) ..if not then you will have to get your own furniture , but it will have a private bathroom and ample closet space).

You will also have free Internet wireless access compliments of me, as I am a tech and have that connected.
The big plus is that all yes i did say 'All' utilities are included....Water, Light , Electric AC (that should save you a bundle as well) ...but if we get cable connected I would expect us to split that bill straight down the middle.

Ideally I am seeking someone on a 1yr commitment but will consider 6 mths also. The rent is fully negotiable and would be in the region of $750 to $900 per month. The home is also in a gated complex and an access card will be provided.
