my friend is going back to the states at the end of october, so i'm gonna need someone to take her place. it's a 1br apartment in richmond. nuthin fancy, but it's only $500/mo. plus reasonable bills. i can walk to downtown c'sted and the landlady's pretty nice. lemme know if you need more info.
