My friend and I (two girls from Ca in our early 20's) are looking for a third roommate.
We live on the west end of STT, in Fortuna, near UVI.
Our place is a 2bd/1bath. We are sharing a room so we have a single room to rent out.
The apartment is really nice with a huge living room and kitchen, all stainless steel appliances, a pool table, huge entertainment system, etc.
Rent would be $800/month which includes all utilities (including satellite TV).
What else? You don't need a car, it's pretty easy to get around without one (my roommate doesn't have a car).

I'm a female, age 22, from Connecticut and have vacationed every year in St.Thomas for the past 9 years in a row. I'm very familiar with the island and have loved it ever since my first visit.
