Roommate on STJ Wanted FAST!!

To any and all interested:

I have a 2 Bedroom/1 Bathroom place lined up in Enighed on St. John. I have NOT seen it, BUT my friend who lives next door (literally shares a wall with this unit) tells me it's nothing fancy, but clean, and about what you would expect on STJ for the price. It DOES have a beautiful view of STT and the Caribbean...which is all that really matters to me! The rent is $1,200 ($600 per person) per month. There is NO LEASE, so you can take off at the end of season if you're so inclined. I will likely be staying for several years.

I am a 31 year old male from Kansas City. I will be bringing my dog (a Chow Chow), Paddington. He's very mellow, fine with cats, not great with other dogs...gets a little jealous. I would prefer a female roommate roughly in my age range, but it's not that big of a deal either way....I'm open to any who are interested. I am a non-smoker. I'm ok with a smoker, I just can't handle it indoors...drives me crazy!! The apartment is available January 4th/5th, but we would need to have the first month and security deposit in the mail by Monday...Tuesday at the latest (SORRY for the time crunch).
