My current roommate is moving out at the end of January. I have 1BR for rent in a really cool 2BR/1BA duplex. The place is located in Princess, about 5 minutes outside of Christiansted. Rent is $425 + half of utilities. The place is gated and very secure. There is beautiful, fenced in yard and it is super pet friendly. Send me a message if interested.

hello! i know its been a while since you posted your open room. however if you have not yet filled it we are VERY interested. young family of three, planning to head over in may. hoping to find a room to rent. we have a two year old son. he is not naughty or wild, however he is a little boy and can be quite talkative and active. we are very clean, honest people and are serious about moving down there.
