Rooms available STJ

I made the move to STJ October 1st and wanted to let people know there are 2 different rooms available in the house I am living in. There is a one bed room pool house with fresh paint and twin bed. Shared kitchen and bath. $500 per month plus utilities. There is also a one bedroom apartment with own kitchen and bath also freshly painted and restored for $1100 per month. New tile in bath/shower.
