Interesting. What are the associated fees with owning a boat and the implications if I wanted to live on it? It looks to be in great shape..I assume you have to pay to store it or have it own the water right? I have just been offered a job in St. Croix and looking a "alternatives to living"....sorry, If this is a waste of your time, but I am interested.
