We have a beautiful one bedroom condo in a gated private home right by Sapphire Beach in STT. It is not in Crystal Cove, Sapphire Village or Sapphire Resort where you would pay a lot more. This is within walking distance of the beached (Linquest and Sapphire) and is furnished with a king size bed in the bedroom which has AC.
It has fantastic views, a pool and laundry. Flat parking so you don't need to be a mountain goat.
You can walk down our private road to catch the Safari.
Cones with wireless internet, basic cable and gas to cook on.
You pay water and electric.
1250 a month for a long term lease.
First last and security required.
Pet considered.
