We have two furnished apartments for rent now in a gated community as well as in a gated home overlooking Sapphire Beach. One is a very large one bedroom with an additional guest bedroom or office. This is 1400 per month. We also have a studio that is 950/month.
On 1/1 we will have an additional 1 bedroom. It is 1250 per month.
All come with cable TV and wireless internet. You pay metered electric and water.
