Good morning,

My suggestion to you with regards to searching for a rental is to hold off until you are closer to the date of moving. St. Croix is an extremely transient place and rentals become available and rented consistently. An owner and/or landlord will most likely not be willing to hold a rental until late summer/early fall, especially if you have not solidified a specific date, and what may be available now may not be available at that time. With regards to Jamison's above comment, I deal specifically with rentals and pet friendly places are not that common on St. Croix right now. In light of the islands' recent transitions away from Hovensa, owner's are more open to negotiations, but the market is showing upward movement right now and things may be very different when you actually move here.

I am more than happy to assist you in your move here. Aside from the fact that I am a realtor, I was also born and raised here, so I am available to answer any questions you may have about island living.

Sunny regards,
