My wife and I are looking for a 2-3 bedroom, 2 bath unfurnished home or possibly duplex on the east end of STX.
We are hoping to spend around $2,000 a month and can sign a one year lease.
We are mature, longtime residents with references.
We are looking for something for June 1 but can move sooner if needed.

Saw a 2 bedroom, one bath unfurnished for rent on Calabash realty MLS site. It was under 2k

Please private message me. We have a 2 bedroom -2 bath furnished w high end furniture- no pets- no children, no smoking in area near Divi walk to beach less than 2000.00.

Advice - Don't rent sight unseen, even if you like pictures.
Often the reality is different from expectations.

I am on island and I would look at any properties before making a decision.
