I have spent the past two summers on-island and I will be moving to STX for at least a year in September of 2008. I am seeking a 1BR or reasonably priced 2BR or guesthouse. I prefer a location near C'sted. Also, I would be happy to provide you with references from my last two STX landlords. Moreover, if anyone will be in need of a housesitter for a significant portion of my stay I would be happy to discuss the possibility of housesitting their home and any pets they may have while they are gone. I realize that this posting may be a little premature but I figure it is best to get on the ball early. Feel free to respond to this message or PM me. Cheers.
