HI ALL,
I'M IN SEARCH OF THE IDEAL APARTMENT FOR ME AND MY 4YR OLD. I AM LOOKING FOR SOMETHING REASONABLE AND FOR A LEASE OF 6MONTHS OR MORE. I AM EMPLOYED AND A VERY WELL MANNERED YOUNG WOMAN. IT WOULD BE GREAT IF ANYONE MAY HAVE OR KNOW OF A PLACE THAT WOULD SUIT US. AND YES I AM LOOKING FOR THAT GREAT DEAL DUE TO THE RECENT HARDSHIPS AND UNCERTAINTIES OF OUR ISLANDS. A ONE BEDROOM WITH THE PRICE RANGE OF $575 OR LESS WITH UTILITIES INCLUDED IS SUPERB. THIS MAY BE A STRETCH BUT STILL POSSIBLE IF TAKING INTO CONSIDERATION OUR ECONOMY. ALL INFORMATION AND ASSISTANCE WOULD BE KIND.

It is not possible to rent a safe, clean, apartment for $575 a month, including utilities. Consider a roommate.

Thank you, but I have seen clean rentals in safe neighborhoods for this price and less. Just not suited for a child setting. I've considered the room mate but decided not to. I will find an ideal place which may or may not cost more but I am very open to suggestions! Thanks again

Hi Missfelix, we have an adorable cottage for rent mid-island, unfurnished, great yard for a kid, secure, ADT monitoring, for $775/month (rent is negotiable).
