Apartment B. will become available, November 1st.
Apartment B. has a private entrance, with an enclosed screened pagoda. It is located on the second floor, right under the Tropical Garden Suite, www.hillcreststjohn.com/gardensuite.html, is AVAILABLE NOVEMBER 1ST. The interior is the same size as the Tropical Garden Suite, 500 square feet. and the Pagoda is about 100 square feet.
Fully furnished with a queen size canopy bed, a full size futon, air conditioners, one 32 inch flat screen tv, Bose radio, lock box and a gas stove. Free Wi-Fi, free cable is provided. Cruz Bay and the dock is a 3 minute walk downhill. Electricity not included.
Trunk Bay Beach. and Frank Bay Beach are minutes away. Frank Bay beach is a 4 minute walk downhill.
It is a Non-smoking guest house. Access to Lounge Area.
$1300/month; Year lease is requested. Deposit is $650. Electricity rate is not included. 3 dogs belong to owner 1 male not fixed and two fixed females.
