Seeking PT office share, C;sted

Hello there! I am currently seeking potentially shared small office space in or near C'sted to use for the purpose of very part time psychotherapy. Depending on space, may also use to provide small group skills building workshops. Will most likely have use of space at UVI in a few months, so very short term is okay.

Hours are predominantly in the early evenings and on weekends, so am seeking to provide 20% of all revenue received to owner or main occupant of space. Based on fees, could potentially be a good secondary support towards rent or mortgage.
