Hi all 44yo single white male moving to St thomas in august Already have a job waiting on me just need to find a
place to hang my hat Doesnt need to be spectacular But AC , internet, and cable would be awesome, Im coming down to work as a scuba instructor. 400-600 range

Good luck in that price range Patrick. You can check the newspaper classifieds as well, or check with a local Realtor as they handle some rental properties as well... but that price range may not get you much room or amenities. Have you asked thru the SCUBA shop you're coming down to work for?

I'd suggest looking at the classifieds for examples in your range. Realtors handle a lot of rental properties, altho not the cheapest ones usually. I think I'd expect $800+ and ask a lot of questions and/or get pictures if you're shopping remotely.
